The Best Paper Award 2018 has been awarded to Hannah Jones, for the paper “Modelling the impact of forest design plans on an endangered mammal species: the Eurasian red squirrel“.
The Editorial Committee chose among 15 papers, published by young authors (under 35 years old) in the period 2016-2017.
Hannah Jones and colleagues work was found outstanding for clearness and attractiveness of exposition, for the soundness and robustness of the methods used and for the elements of novelty presented both in the approach and in the outcomes presented.
